During a breathing circle we are going to do the connected breathing. You breathe without pauses between the inhalation and exhalation. As a result, you encounter all kinds of feelings, blockages, emotions and sensations that can act as a brake in your daily life or a reason for flight behavior. As a result, many people are often extremely stressed.
Breathe away blockages, energy starts to flow. You will feel again. Self-healing ability. Life changing.
At the beginning of the session you will be asked to set an intention or to share something. Then we start slowly and the breathing session is built up. We also end with a partial round where you can share experiences with the group.
