Online Masterclasses 2021

Young Parents

If there is a good work-life balance, there is no contradiction between work and other life roles besides work, e.g. your family and spare time. There is a balance in which all demands of personal life, professional life and family life are met. This balance makes it possible for you to have time, attention and energy for other aspects of life in which you feel involved, in addition to your work.

This webinar will be given by Margiet Darwinkel. Margriet’s mission is to make families happy. She teaches parents to live from their heart and encourages them to do what they love, at home and at work. She also coaches parents who find the combination of work and family hard and therefore are in danger of a burn-out.

Burn out and Stress prevention

Work-related stress is occupational disease number one. Everyone has stress. Is that bad? Not if it’s healthy stress. Stress makes us alert. It helps us to focus. Stress becomes unhealthy if we ‘stay on too long’. This can cause all kinds of complaints. Unhealthy stress is caused by the fact that your load is greater than your carrying capacity. You get out of balance. And that has unpleasant consequences.
Physical fatigue, headaches, concentration problems, restless nights, a hectic feeling; they influence your performance at work and your activities at home. You lose grip, too much to do, too little time. A feeling of powerlessness arises. Until the moment you actually drop out. How do you prevent burn-out? How do you deal with unhealthy stress and prevent imbalance? In this webinar we will work with stress sources and stress reduction techniques.

Webinar Mental Well-being

Whether we are comfortable in our own skin is determined by more than our physical health alone. Our emotional and mental health also play an important role. How do you navigate through difficult times? Have you created a balance between your work and your private life, and is there any time left for yourself? Are things going well in your life or are there big issues you worry about, such as your health, financial situation and relationships? Do you feel appreciated and a part of your team? Is there room for growth and do you put your skills and talents to use in your daily work?

Webinar Employeneurship

The term Employeneurship might sound unfamiliar. It’s because we invented it. Not just as a word, but as a way of working, a paradigm even. Employeneurship is about thinking and acting like an entrepreneur, with the added security of employment. But more than anything, it is a guarantee for continuous development and the opportunity to really be fully responsible for the direction of your career.

How Food Fuels Your Brain

Nourishment is not only important for your psychical health. There is more and more evidence that the quality of your food improves the quality of your gut. Which, in turn, improves the health of both your brain and your mood. So let’s take a deep dive into your beliefs and behaviours around food. Is food a something that you pay attention to, or do you have your meals whilst being in a Zoom meeting. Maybe you even skip it altogether, because you can’t find the time.
